Deposit policy

Casieology Aesthetics have the right to require a $50 deposit to secure an appointment. The deposited amount will be applied to your service. For cancellations greater than 48 hours the deposit will be reimbursed in full or apply to the next appointment. If cancel less than 48 hours, deposit will be forfeited and will not apply to future appointments or treatment.

Late policy

We ask that clients please arrive 10-15 minutes early so that we may start your service on time. A late arrival may reduce your appointment time, but will be responsible for full payment. We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible based on our schedule. We cannot guarantee an appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Cancellation policy

To avoid late cancellation fees, please call (951-212-7826 or contact us AT LEAST 24 hours before your appointment. A failure to cancel 24 hours prior or NO SHOW will result in a $50 fee.

Cancellation fees will be automatically charged on your next appointment. Please keep in mind, your appointment time is reserved especially for you; not showing leaves your technician with an empty chair.

Refund policy

1. There will be no refund for the received procedure.
2. May receive a full refund for the deposit amount if cancel greater than 48 hours in advance.

We follow HIPAA regulation and we do not share your information with third parties or any affiliation entities.
